Myzithra of Elassona EXARHOS

Myzithra is made from Feta cheese with the addition of milk. It is lean, fresh and pasteurized with brackish flavor and low fat. It is available in a metal container of approximately 17 Kg or in an airtight bag of 17 Kg with a lid for use.
